Viking Battle for Asgard

Viking Battle for Asgard was announced by Eidos Interactive. The latest expansion to the original Viking game is expected to be released in September. The expansion will offer gamers a new multiplayer mode where one player might try to capture and hold the castle. It will also add six new single-player and multiplayer maps to the game.

Viking Battle for Asgard will include 16 new single-player and multiplayer maps, as well as nine new multiplayer characters. The new single-player level will also let players battle in Viking siege warfare.

Viking Battle for Asgard is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2002.
