Simergy also has a deal with Acclaim Studios, which acquired the developer last year. The publisher also announced a deal to use its online gaming business for the TrackMania franchise. The partnership will see Mattel Games publishing the publisher's next title, "Rush: High Speed."

It's been unclear whether or not the new game in the series will be the same sort of racing game it was originally known as, however the gameplay described as being similar to TrackMania is similar to the games in the series. GameSpot will keep you posted on any new information that emerges from the developer's office in San Francisco.
