Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006 is a once-off year for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. The game has been under development for quite some time, and we were able to spend a good bit of time with a work-in-progress version of the game to see what it's like to play.
The game offers a career mode, split between the World Tour and the aforementioned MyCareer modes. The basic mode lets you play as a professional golfer or an online golf player, and you'll find a vast number of game modes to choose from. You can choose between the locales from past versions of the game and putt any of the 20 courses found in previous versions. There's also a golf tournament mode to play through. The final game mode is tournament play, which has you play as your created golfer through 18 holes set in the grounds of one of the nine clubs on the Tiger Woods PGA Tour courses. The game will feature a wide range of courses and match any of the game's modes found in the series. You'll find 18 different holes set in different locales in several different locales. As far as the actual golf game goes, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 is shaping up to offer a solid golf experience. The game's basic mechanics are solid and offer plenty of challenge.
In terms of presentation, the game is looking very good. The game features a generous helping of visual enhancements over the previous versions of the game. The visuals in the game are shaping up well, offering a good variety of locations and moving elements. You'll see the golfers in a high-polygonal style, a variety of details, a good amount of animation, and a solid amount of detail. The game's characters are looking sharp, thanks to a generous helping of special effects used to give them a distinct personality. The game's visual effects work in pretty much the same ways as those in last year's game. The game's sound is getting a pass on the audio in this year's game and features some well-done sound effects that really capture the spirit of the golfers you'll hear. The game's audio is being beefed up a bit, thanks to a new collection of tunes that feature new tunes that are tied to the various golfers you'll encounter. You'll find tunes from the various golfers featured in the game. You'll find that the core cast of tunes will feature some hip-hop, rock, and rap music. The old tunes will come in the form of tunes from the previous games in the series.
Control in the game is a mix of tried and true options, courtesy of a basic combo system that's more or less the same as the system in last year's game. You'll move your character with the left analog stick and use the right trigger. The face buttons control the golfers you'll be using, and they'll perform your power shots, putts, and the like. The X button lets you perform the power shot. The square button will let you block the ball, while square will let you charge up your shot. Finally, the A button will let you change your character's active swing. You'll find the face buttons in the same spots as the face buttons. The center face buttons will let you perform the shot. The Y button will let you perform a power shot, the X button will let you perform a fade shot, and the Y button will let you use your spin. Finally, the Y button will let you charge your shot.
Control in the game is relatively straightforward: You'll move your character with the left analog stick, use the right analog stick, and then use the right stick to swing your club. However, the addition of the right stick and the D pad make the controls more complex and button-mashing. The face buttons will let you perform power shots with the A button, which let you perform a power shot using the right analog stick and cause your character to take a bit more damage. The D pad will let you perform a power shot by simply pushing it down. The triangle button will let you use your basic shots and cause your character to take a tumble. The X button will let you use your grab shot, the circle button will let you perform a power shot by simply pushing the X button. The R trigger will let you perform an evasive dodge and will let you pull off a powerful dash by simply pushing the left analog stick and X button. The square button will let you perform a power shot by simply pushing the left analog stick and X button. Finally, the triangle button will let you perform a power shot by simply pressing the right analog stick and X.
When you're not using the controls to shoot, you'll be using the back-and-forth gameplay in Bangai-O Spirits 2. You'll use the analog stick to control your character in both the face and the back-and-forth action.
