The Simpsons Cartoon Studio debuted in 1998 to great acclaim for its bromance of stories that make a funny laugh and fans have come to expect more and more. Since then, it has gone on to produce eight seasons and one live-action movie (based on the first two seasons of the show). Now it's been acquired by Marvel Entertainment, and now that the show has found a new home, the acquisition will be official by ABC, Inc. and the creators of the original show will have the chance to work on a feature film with the creatively inclined production team.

Here is the synopsis for the new TV series: "It will be a '90s-themed adventure with celebrity-turned-director Hank Azaria and a variety of cool characters with their own motives and agendas. Who will meet the mysterious Mr. Duff in the movie? Who will die in the film? And will it be the coming of age story? Only children will be able to come to Springfield, and our green-skinned hero will face the big baddies and find out!"

In the meantime, there's still plenty of great movies and TV shows to look forward to, including Wonder Woman 1984, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and even the recently-released Obi-Wan Kenobi. Check out our guide to everything we know about Star Wars: Visions.

Marvel Comics' ongoing Moon Knight event kicks off on November 30 and runs through to November 30, so there's a lot to look forward to. Below, we've rounded up all the best Moon Knight stories, comics, and other inspiration.

The biggest threat to Marc Spector after his memory is revealed is the villain known as Khonshu, who makes an appearance in Moon Knight episode 4. Khonshu is, after all, the founder of the Ancient Egyptian god Khonshu and has powerful, ancient powers.

Moon Knight episode 4 sees the return of Oscar Isaac as Marc Spector, the titular hero. Check out our gallery of Moon Knight episode 4 images, or find the full Moon Knight release schedule on Disney Plus.

In a surprise twist, Marc Spector has yet to be inducted into the MCU. While this is a significant turn of events for the character, the show's post-credits scene confirms it's actually Marc's father. As he mentions in the post-credits scene, his mother perished.

Moon Knight's next appearance is in Doctor Strange 2. As we know, Wong leads the sorcerer's hand in the Sorcerer Supreme's return.

In fact, we now know that Wong is a sorcerer played by Stephen Strange, and played by Benedict Wong. Strange describes Wong as a sorcerer who possesses the ability to manipulate reality.

"Doctor Strange himself calls out to Strange and the Ancient Egyptian god Khonshu. The Ancient Egyptian god Khonshu is used to create him and he appears in the new Moon Knight show," Marvel Studios' announcement reads. "He conjures and projects illusions to surprise and terrify every human who crosses his path."

As part of Moon Knight's third episode, we learn the identity of Khonshu. The reveal then reveals it's Doctor Strange, who was previously revealed to be Zawe Ashton's Bruce Wayne. If you've already read the comics, you'll know that Zawe Ashton's Bruce Wayne has a younger and slightly wiser Bruce.

With Khonshu and Zawe Ashton's Bruce Wayne seemingly dead, the Doctor Strange teaser is certainly a wild ride.

On the surface, the Marvel Disney Plus series is certainly more than it appears. Like WandaVision, you'll be able to enjoy the long-running Moon Knight series without watching it. But after its finale, there are clues hidden around the series.

In a post-credits scene, the teaser shows Steven Grant and Marc Spector facing off in a blood bath. The two question Steven's explanation about Marc's death was subsequently revealed by the character in the TV show.

In the comics, Steven Grant's body is imbued with a mystical energy known as the Eye of Agamotto.

This magic is a reference to another Marvel comic book character, Moira MacTaggart. Moira MacTaggart was a scientist who experimented on Bruce after his DNA was injected with the malevolent AI.

Osaka Khan, AKA Iron Fist, was a major character in the Marvel Comics. She is a massive superhero who works for the government organization the New Republic.

Marvel has previously confirmed that a film or show is in development. However, it has yet to confirm that the film will be in development.

It's also been suggested that the film and TV show will focus on a younger Tony Stark, who is played by Robert Downey Jr., playing the character.

Speaking to EW, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed that the film would be set in the MCU's universe.
