The Legend of Monkey King

The Legend of Monkey King is a comedy adventure game from LucasArts that puts you in control of a monkey that happens to be an ace in the field of fighting. This game is almost ready to appear in a US publisher's hands, and you can expect more on the game soon.

As you can see from the screens and artwork, the game has a nice visual style, with realistic sprites and a humorous blend of comedy and graphic design. Of course, the game itself has a relatively simple interface, with the exception of several unlockable items. And yet, you can't just get from the outset of the game into the very beginning by completing a series of challenges. When you find yourself in a new challenge that involves some diversions, you might get to start from scratch, which is great.
