The Guild 2 Pirates Of The European Seas
The Guild 2 Pirates Of The European Seas brings us more gore and death than ever before in its addictive side-scrolling mayhem, along with a (well, duh) multiplayer mode.
With a heavy emphasis on allowing you to sing the lyrics of to your one true Pirate it’s only natural that some humour (read: vomiting, foul-mouthed humour) occurs in this new game from Guild 3 Studios. Pirates of the European Seas is the second Guild-based instalment in the series to have released (guitar shooter Black & White 2), and features a more irreverent approach to the series with an insane amount of violence.
The second game is based on the Prohibition era of the 1880s and features several new activities to be found. Joining our fearless fighter Frene is the mysterious sniper who can only shoot one thing at a time. Frene in pursuit of the target and take him down.
The levels contain a handful of different acts to take part in, including a doctor’s zoo and the nightclub. The guest list of foes including the Goons from this period is excellent, along with guest appearances from Penny Arcade. The final piece of the game’s humour is the quirky card game version of one of the biggest poker scandals of the 20th century.
Fans of cult classic classics like Empire: Total War and The Darkness will be pleased to know that The Darkness II is actually one of the very first games to be included in the series. Throughout Jackie’s journey, Jackie will be introduced to more unusual characters. Aside from Jackie Estacado, there are other supernatural characters and some antagonists. The addition of Jackie Estacado is a welcome sight and proves that the Darkness is not afraid to exploit its power.

In other Star Wars games, the player can either ride a ship to defeat enemies, or they can ride a droid. There is a wide variety of weapons and upgrades to choose from.
The game allows two players to experience the game together and is a lot of fun. The original game is well worth playing, though. The remake expanded upon the original's co-op.
In both games, one player can switch back and forth between the two characters at any time. The player can also utilize certain abilities like increasing their defense, or making allies faster or weaker.
