Strata 21 is a tentative PC version of the Japanese debut of Strata (also from Sega). The game will take place in Tokyo. Japanese players will be fighting rival gangs and facing other rival gangsters.

Strata 21 is expected to be shown at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, which starts September 4.
