Sid Meiers Civilization IV Warlords Expansion

Sid Meiers Civilization IV Warlords Expansion is in the works, Firaxis announced today. A free expansion, it will include a number of new features, including the new Warlords campaign. According to the developer, the warlords campaign will add more depth to the Civilization IV experience, and it will have several missions, new units, a new interface, new campaigns, new buildings, and a "unique gameplay system."

The Warlords expansion for Civilization IV is scheduled to arrive in September. GameSpot will have more on the expansion in the coming weeks.
