Scrabble 2003, PopCap's massively multiplayer card game, has become the next most popular title in the company's portfolio. The game is coming out on November 21.

The game has players choosing between four "wonders," each of which is rated "S" or "S," and placing them in a role-playing role-playing-game-style character race. Some of the game's features are currently being tested in beta testing, which should help massively multiplayer games like the upcoming Blizzard Entertainment's Starcraft II appear on store shelves soon.

This year, gamers can expect to see a glut of new mobile game releases from EA. Today's press release includes more details on the company's first foray into the massively multiplayer genre, Dragon Age II, and what it plans to do next with Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter titles.

"For us, Dragon Age II represents the very first instance of how we approach our long-term strategy of creating innovative products, without compromising on our core gaming experience," said David DeMartini, executive vice president of EA Mobile. "Dragon Age II continues to redefine our strategy of creating innovative and innovative mobile games. Our product portfolio includes a strong core portfolio of games such as Madden NFL, FIFA, and NCAA Football."

Next up is Dungeon Siege III, a multiplatform massively multiplayer online game. The game, a strategy role-playing game from Gas Powered Games, is scheduled to be available in late April.

It was not mentioned on the EA Sports Web site which was specifically named. In other EA Sports news, the company announced that FIFA 08 will be released on the Wii and PlayStation 3 this summer. EA Sports also confirmed the announcement, saying that FIFA 08 on the Wii will be the "definitive" version of the game, just like FIFA 09 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Not only that, but EA Sports has also announced that its new UFC game will launch for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The game will allow players to fight it out with their friends on the same consoles, while the Xbox 360 and PS3 will allow players to fight it out on the same consoles. The game will also be available on the same day, May 12, with the Wii version to follow shortly after.

EA Sports confirmed its impending strategy and game lineup for this year's E3. The publisher also revealed the PlayStation 3 version of Need for Speed Carbon, which is scheduled for release this fall. The game will feature three modes, including career, season, and online options. A Need for Speed film will follow, with at least one film out this summer.

Nintendo didn't make much of a presence at its E3 press conference, except the unveiling of a new 3DS XL. During its pre-TGS press conference, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata presented the company's new portable console, the 3DS XL. The system will feature 720p HD graphics, a touch-screen hybrid controller, and is slated to launch this spring.

Wii Sports Resort

The press conference of Nintendo's E3 press conference was also very brief. However, the publisher did give a presentation to third-party developers, including Ubisoft, who showed off the new Wii version of the popular Wii Sports franchise. As its name implies, the game will be a collection of minigames from the Wii game. It will include Wii Sports Resort, a sports collection that, as you might have guessed, has tennis, bowling, tennis, and golf. There will be more than 100 Wii Sports games in the game, including some that are of an extremely high quality, and there will be new uses for the Wiimote.

More

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

The most notable new Zelda game of the show was the 3DS version, a remake of the Game Boy classic. While the handheld game is in good shape at the moment, it seems that the 3DS will deliver more than its predecessor did, as Ocarina of Time 3D will feature a fully 3D world that differs from the game's 2D counterpart. The handheld game will feature "overall new ways to play," as well as various new gameplay features, such as a magic mask accessory.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land

Another game that will be made available for the 3DS is Kirby's Return to Dream Land. A side-scrolling adventure game, the game will be able to take advantage of the 3DS's features to give it a unique gameplay experience, such as the ability to access new areas by performing Kirby's signature spin attack, which can then be activated by pressing a button. Kirby's Return to Dream Land will be available to play in 3D when it's released on November 12.

Star Fox 64 3D

Star Fox 64 3D is one of the most anticipated games for the 3DS, and luckily for Nintendo, it will be making it to shelves on November 12.
