Pei Nv Da Majong is one of the few guys who’s managed to pull off quite a bit of work with the BBC, despite an apparent reluctance to put the best talent on the screen.

Now he’s moving to produce a film based on the life and life of Blackfist, a character found in comic books. The director behind The Texas Chainsaw Massacre , PDP and the poor ghost girl, Seismic actor Donald De Cherato, has been hired to write the movie.

The film will be based on the story of the teenage Blackfist, a Danish boy who teams up with a local friend to take on the Blackfist empire, a group of humans who used to be quite kind to their wealthy relatives.

The film has been given a scribe and television/radio show, with direction from Kevin Hirsch, who is known for directing television shows such as Wild Hogs and The Ring .

And lastly, Eric Rogers, a writer and producer on Alien , has been drafted in to write the screenplay.

Captain America director and Marvel TV sensation Kevin Feige recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he gave a speech to Hall H attendees about Avengers and Iron Man 3 . He said:

“You’ve never seen that before in television, and I’m really excited to be working with Marvel.

“I’m also excited to have the chance to work with Kevin again. I’ve been making comic books for a long time, but I always want to get back to that great, wonderful franchise and bring it to the screen.

“I really enjoy how it is to have that chance to bring Marvel to the screen and have it become a franchise again.”

Meanwhile, Tales Of Suspense scribe Phil DeForest agrees to star in Captain America 3 , which will see Cap’s new team on the run as they set out to rid the world of Cap.

He promises he’ll be both inexperienced and proud, while DeForest promises he’ll be “very good at all the things he’s doing,” and at the same time admitted he’s excited to work with Marvel on another comic book project.

With Iron Man 3 not faring too well at the box office, the rumour mill continues to churn and this could be the last time we see a sequel .

Let’s hope they have another Thor movie , and have a successful script. We know Thor 3 is shooting in London (if they’re desperate) with Londoners Russell Crowe and Chris Hemsworth, and they’ve been hard at work on the script.

Even Chris Hemsworth has said he’s moved on from Thor , while a Thor 4 director is also on his plate, and there’s a real possibility for us to see another Thor movie.

They also mention that they’re not done with Thor yet, after a seven-year break. As of the moment: no news on Thor yet.

Things were going alright in London, with more frequent visitors. (Heading back to London this morning, we’ve seen numerous things - see more on them in our guide to photography, for instance - and don’t forget to use the London Eye to round things up in the airport.)

Why go to London?

“The worst is probably in Prague,” says wannabe Amazon. “I went to the Prague airport to try and fill up a passport. I forgot how to book one. It was annoying, but I’m not sure if it’s actually important for them.

“The tourists want to get into the sky a lot, so I’m not quite sure how they’ll get there, but we’ll see.

“I think we did a good job of trying and find the time to do that. And I thought, ‘How can we make people fly to the airport?’

“If I set up a drone I’d be able to go to the airport, not just the one that I can use to go to the airport. But the process was a lot more involved.”
