Paradise Sokal

Paradise Sokal was one of the early few RPG games to come out of the Focus Interactive ECTS showing last year. The game puts you in the shoes of a young knight who will join forces with the dastardly old pal in order to defeat the evil of a despotic steam god.

The PC version has been put on hold for a while but developer Sorrent Games wants to ease the transition into RPG territory, and to ensure the game is as polished as possible.

Paradise has been a busy ECTS so far, we have read reports from a few of the publishers (including the likes of Humble and Introversion) who have informed us that the game is still quite far along. But it seems that Sorrent has just made some changes to the game before the completion of the console versions and to add some functionality to it. There have been some big changes as far as functionality is concerned, and the title may not be ready for prime time, but you can find out more about the game on the official site.

GameSpot UK will be on hand to provide a full review of the PC version of the game next week. We'll be bringing you the latest developments on this intriguing, wonderfully interactive RPG as they occur.

Nintendo 3DS Nintendo 3DS InnoGames is taking its booth at the GameSpot UK booth to show off the 3D handheld. It will be a completely different game to the Wii's original concept and that the 3D technology for the handheld will allow for some innovative and innovative gameplay experiences. UK We're pleased to announce that the DS version of InnoGames is scheduled to ship on August 19, 2007. A PC version of the game will follow this fall.
