Pacific Fighters

Pacific Fighters was an unexpected game when it was announced in early January. The shooter from Mega Games was born out of the MegaGames VGA arcade team. So much hype for the title has died down and the buzz has faded. The last project known as Pacific Fighters ceased production in April, and we recently had a look at the game at the Game Developers Conference. You can expect to see the game at the Space Anvil show later this month.

The game is based on the 1999 classic Pacific Fighters. You must assume the role of a fighter pilot by using machine guns, missiles, and tanks. You can pilot multiple kinds of weapons, including missiles, armor, and flares. You will even encounter enemy tanks, which can be manged using a rocket launcher.

You will have to be fast and hard to shoot down anything you encounter. You can also perform many dangerous attacks such as jet-ski diving, jetpacks, and exploding missiles.
