Medal of Honor Allied Assault - Firestorm is the latest game in EA's long-running Medal of Honor series, and it aims to mix the strategic experience of Allied Assault with the action of a war-torn Syria. Although this new game will not follow the single-player campaigns of its predecessors, it will be much more focused on the action-packed missions. EA isn't including more than 35 single-player missions, but it plans to include several multiplayer modes. One of these is tactical ambush, where two teams of five square off against each other on a huge scale, while the other teams attempt to capture points on the map. A multiplayer mode called anti-aircraft warfare, as the name suggests, will take the form of a simple capture-the-flag-style game.

Electronic Arts also announced a new version of the game, which has been redesigned for the PlayStation 2. Medal of Honor Allied Assault is a standard-issue third-person action game, but it features more advanced graphics and a much more challenging multiplayer mode. One of the most noticeable changes in Allied Assault is that it's now possible to use a whole lot of weapons. That includes a small shovel and a scope, as well as a handy sniper rifle. Weapons are now fully modeled, meaning that they're not simply clunky to use, but rather, they can be activated by pressing the right trigger, rather than repeatedly pressing the left analog stick in tandem with the trigger.

EA also revealed that Allied Assault will feature support for 16-player multiplayer deathmatch. The game will also feature the single-player campaign, where you'll face off against all manner of unusual enemy forces. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.

Like Allied Assault, Allied Assault will support a large variety of weapons. In addition to the standard assortment of US Army weapons, such as the Springfield sniper rifle, the game will also include the U19 handgun, which is the only weapon that comes with a carry capacity. The BAR was not available at the E3 demonstration, but the BTR-01 pistol is one of only a handful of weapons that the Nazis will be able to use in the game. You'll also find a weapon-select feature that lets you open up an inventory of all of the different available weapons. To issue an order to the game, you'll simply select the appropriate weapon from your inventory and press the shoot button. When you've selected your weapon and press the shoot button, the game will accept the order and correct your order. Though the instructions don't seem to be immediately clear, you'll be able to check out the in-game guidance screen to figure out exactly what the right tool is for you.

In addition to the weapons and equipment that you'll be using in the game, you'll be able to order your allies to use their weapons to flank you and flush out your enemies. When the game is being played on the PlayStation 2, you'll be able to issue orders to your allies as they flank and shoot at you, or you can order them to use their weapons to defend yourself. You'll also be able to issue basic squad commands to your squadmates. The single-player game will feature more than 50 different objectives, some of which can be quite difficult to complete. You'll also be able to issue group-specific squad commands to your squad.

Graphically, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault has always been a bit rough around the edges in terms of its level of detail, but Raven is hoping to rectify the most glaring weaknesses with this game. For instance, the detail on each soldier's body, especially his weapons, are almost as sharp as they are when they fire. The game's levels are also set in Pacific war-era North Africa, and they feature a good amount of detail on each soldier's clothes and arms. The game features a dynamic weather system that will change the environments quite a bit, especially in the winter months. In addition, there are interactive elements, like the addition of wind that can increase the visibility of your soldiers, as well as environmental hazards like the use of sandstorms and tornados. WW: Allied Assault has a lot to love about the game, especially for fans of the Battlefield 1942 games. The game features all of the action that fans of the franchise will recognize, along with some of the best single-player campaigns to ever hit a first-person shooter. This is evident with the weapons that you can pick up in the game, which are based on more than 60 standard WWII weapons. You'll also find authentic World War II uniforms and authentic uniforms from various locations throughout Europe.
