Mall Tycoon

Mall Tycoon, a real-time strategy game that lets you build and manage a small company, lets you create an army of up to 12 different warring factions. Now, in a new beta, it's been added that you can make a massive, dynamic 3D empire with hundreds of units, buildings, and structures and move them around the world.

The beta features more than 400 different building and army units. There are two campaigns for each faction, each containing a world map, skirmish mode, and multiplayer mode. Each campaign contains a slightly different scenario. It will also feature a great deal of custom content, including structures and terrain.
