Legend of flora and fauna has been unveiled as a new development project by NEITH (the developer behind GTA San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto 3, GTA: Vice City and the recent Godfather: The New World).

In Legend of flora and fauna, players can take on the role of an overgrown plant called Arroval, who travels to the rest of the world and possesses only one or two plants to collect: ancient plant limbs.

"Uncleformed plants become beasts after a time, and their strength is measured by the time the day is gone," said Link. "Throughout the experience, the flora and fauna will grow and evolve to use them in battle."

Legend of flora and fauna is due to arrive later this year. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
