Kreed
Kreed is a historical point-and-click adventure game from French developer Shedworks, which specializes in narrative-driven games. The game is set in a mythical, fictional kingdom, where the king of the fairies known as the Legaurs rule the land. You play the role of the ruler of your kingdom, not the main character. However, as the game progresses, the king begins to question the morality of his people and the decisions he makes. The story of the game is based around the choice you make throughout the game. In a testament to its quality, however, Kreed's writing in particular is amazing.
You begin the game in a famous Parisian castle. As your monarch, you must join a peacekeeping council, which is staffed by smugglers, betrothed, and enforcers. Your goal is to help protect Paris from the invasion of neighboring kingdoms. The members of your council have varying responses to certain problems, which are related to your actions. The conversation system itself is quite fun and gives a rich story and an immersive gameplay experience.
As your citizens improve and become better people, you can be assigned to various jobs to help them along the way. These jobs are meant to provide good morale and morale to the citizens in Paris. Of course, you can also choose to join a trader to sell to improve the yield of your citizens and your services.
Other jobs include artisans, artists, musical artists, and DJs, to name a few. You'll also gain experience by performing musical acts to your people, as well as various activities that will help you with your quest. However, each job will have its own unique storyline. One of the more interesting occupations is Kia, who acts as a shopkeeper and goods collector. Once you complete his tasks, Kia will learn to sell items that can be sold to other people to increase your profit. However, doing so will require you to have a certain amount of wealth and at least 10 percent of your wealth.
Each mission will have a small number of resources for your citizens to gather, and once you have enough resources, you can hire employees to conduct your shopkeeping. Each employee has specific needs, such as taxi driver, cooking baker, or professor. In addition, you'll have to choose a specialty in the store. These are generally geared toward the artisans, which will attract the most tax dollars. When you run out of money, you can restock on your employees or sell them for extra cash. If you run out of money, you can always sell them back to a merchant. There will be 30 of these stores throughout the game, and each will have its own set of shops.
We were shown several different missions, which had the main objective of finding a project or talking to a merchant. The specific orders you'll receive vary depending on the number of people you've taken care of, and there will be plenty of different types of materials you can gather. For example, while the wood supply requires you to lay down wood, you'll find it in more difficult sections such as forested areas, highlands, and caves. In addition, you'll find herbs as well as herbs in abandoned temples.
You'll find a range of tools to help you in the game, including the ability to chop trees and logs, a hardwood axe, and other tools. These tools are handy for taking down powerful monsters, but you'll also be able to perform a lot of killing, even when you're running low on materials.
The graphics in the game have been pretty close to the highly detailed look of Morrowind, and it has some impressive shadow effects to give the game an impressive look. The monsters look a bit more menacing and are a lot more animated. The environments we saw were varied, with expansive expanses and rather interesting caverns that were equally challenging to navigate. In addition, some of the buildings in the game sport a good amount of detail and give the game a more stylized look.
You'll be able to make some pretty interesting and impressive environments as you traverse the gameworld.
The graphics in the game are shaping up nicely, and the environments look very sharp. As you'd expect from a Morrowind game, the game has a solid art style that's complemented by a solid frame rate. The monsters are a good mix of old and new, and they feature nicely detailed designs. The environments feature a good amount of detail and are some of the best you'll see in a game. The dragon boss is one of the most impressive-looking opponents you'll face. While you're able to fight him as you'd expect, the bosses in the game have a unique design that keeps the gameplay fresh.
While Morrowind is a pretty straightforward adventure, the game's adventuring and puzzle elements make for some very unique gameplay. You'll have the expected collection of stealth, magic, and weapon attacks to take on foes in the game.
