KOEI GAIKA announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a number of game companies to create the game division's first person shooter, Global Star Software.

Global Star's first title for the PlayStation will be Gunship for the PC, an action game that features giant ships to attack and power up the player. The game features both single and multiplayer modes, as well as multiplayer support.

The company plans to release five titles, including a "nuclear shooter" for the PC and a role-playing game for the PlayStation and Game Boy. No release date for the game has been announced.
