Independence War 2 The Edge of Chaos will see you taking on the role of the UN side in the struggle for survival in the US, as you attempt to prevent a second nuclear war from taking place. You'll be able to do this in multiplayer modes that support up to 16 players, and there are a number of different game modes, including a two-on-two elimination mode. The Edge of Chaos has been in development at Fishtank Interactive for a few years, and it has been in the works for more than two years. Until now, Fishtank has only announced that it is finishing the development of the game.

While there is no news on a release date, the first title is scheduled for release in April 2001.
