Hoyle Casino 2008 is set to have a famous license, and players will be able to choose from six classic titles from the arcade, slot machines, quiz show, or television shows.

"Hoyle Casino 2008 will be a real card-based game with a diverse lineup of gameplay options including the friendly, life-changing match-three adventure game, classic solitaire game and the classic version of poker," said Albert S. Fichirou, Vice President of Marketing at Nintendo. "When a new player joins in on the fun, there's no telling what a great combination of classic games will be like."

New faces are promised, as well as the ability to customise characters. The online service will include leaderboards, and this will be supported by the DS's online capabilities.

"Hoyle Casino 2008 for the Nintendo DS is the definitive version of the popular card-based game franchise," said Andrew Wells, president and COO of Nintendo of America. "The game offers the most popular classic card games on the Nintendo DS for the very first time."

Drumberman Land is the first installment of Hudson's multi-million-selling series that's been translated into English. Players will be able to explore a fictional, colorful world where Dr. Eggman is wreaking havoc, meeting new characters, and attempting to escape from the blocks of his castle. As they try to escape, they'll uncover items, do battle with their adversaries, and challenge Dr. Eggman to a castle battle.

Drumball series' most recent installment, Dr. Beanstalk, was one of the few to feature multiplayer. Dr. Beanstalk introduced four-player gameplay on the DS, and now the title will feature four-player versus play.

"The first Dr. Beanstalk was more than just a simple puzzle game," said Ben Brant, product manager of Hudson Entertainment. "We thought it would be fun to make a game that was unique on the DS and people played it for many years."

The Nintendo DS version of Dr. Beanstalk is being created by D3Publisher. The game will have several new features that are sure to please Dr. Beanstalk fans and Dr. Eggman fans alike. The game's two modes of play are the original adventure mode and the side-scrolling exploration mode. In the original Dr. Beanstalk, the objective was to move to the top of a vertical stage. But in Dr. Beanstalk, the objective is to get to the top of the vertical stage without falling into any hazards. In Dr. Beanstalk, you'll be able to play it with the DS' touch screen. However, the game will include the wireless multiplayer game where you and your friends take turns trying to reach each other's lines. In the side-scrolling adventure mode, you can also go back and forth between the screens.

The second mode of play will be the space mode. In the game, you'll get to try to get your mitts on a large number of planets before the clock runs out. In the side-scrolling adventure mode, you'll take on the role of Dr. Beanstalk's best friend, Professor E. Gadd, and travel back to the beginning of the game and to the title screen. In the multiplayer mode, you can play through the multiplayer game with the DS. In the main adventure mode, you'll control a friend through a number of screens. In the game's unique multiplayer mode, you'll have to work with the DS by using the handheld's touch screen to match up.

The graphics are looking quite sharp and feature a bit of detail. The backgrounds feature some nice touches, such as lighting, although the one shown during the game was very dark. You'll see the assorted human characters in the game as well, such as Good Luck and Milo. The frame rate is pretty stable, although the overall game ran smoothly.

While you'll find a good assortment of gameplay modes to choose from, the game modes are where the game's most interesting aspects shine. The touch screen is used to direct your perspective on the action, which works well and helps keep you on your toes. The mode offers a split-screen cooperative option where you can go through a number of minigames. You'll find a puzzle mode that will let you play with a friend, as well as a minigame that will have you racing around the world. Finally, the minigames support a lighthearted tone that suits the game's zaniness. You'll find an assortment of minigames in the game, as well as unlockable content in the form of music videos. The unlockable content will offer a good sampling of what to expect. You'll find 13 different minigames in the game.

The graphics in the game offer a good amount of variety. You'll find the basic set of locations in the game that are represented by their own unique art style.
