Heroes of the Pacific

Heroes of the Pacific is a first-person shooter from Sigil Games that bears the likeness of Id Software's Rage. The team at Sigil is now working on an expansion pack, Heroes of the Pacific, which will be a follow-up to Heroes of Might and Magic III. The expansion pack will include a few new units, including a player-character who looks a lot like Gabriel from Doom.

"I've been excited to work on Heroes of the Pacific," said director of production Greg Sullivan. "I want to introduce new units and new features that will set this game apart from any other action game out there. The addition of a player-character to the team-based strategy game is a big, innovative new addition."

Heroes of the Pacific is scheduled for release in spring 2002.
