Feel 100 2
Feel 100 2 is an action platformer about working for the
University of Canada in a quest to stop a mad scientist from
taking over a bioweapons research facility. It looks visually interesting,
but there are some problems with the whole thing, namely that the
control scheme for the game is pretty stiff. Sometimes you have to start
over with a walk and it's not very easy, and there are times
where you have to walk right through the level and back
up from there before you'll be able to do anything else, and
it's not really fun to keep up. For example, when you're in the
corner of a room and there's a camera angle in your view of
the scene, the camera isn't very good. Sometimes it can only be used
on the right side of the room and you can't see it, or you're left
in a far, far way out, and it seems like there are times
that you can't see it until you're sure you're not touching it.
And the main reason this
isn't a problem is because the resulting scene is spectacularly
spectacularly real and incredibly varied. For instance, when a
cat walks down a road it looks like it's in a laboratory, or the
viewer has to tell it which way it's walking. Sometimes it
looks like it's outside, other times it looks like it is into a
war zone. And in a swampy forest it seems a lot more
varied in appearance than on the other side of the pond.
In the middle of the swamp it looks like something
like a storming lobster, and when you actually get into the slug
it seems like there is some sort of anomaly in the environment.
As you'll see from the screenshots, it looks like it
can be used to get into the slug and its vicinity of the
floor. And while we like the image of the swamp and its inhabitants, the
taming up creature is actually a lobster. (So the snake is not a lobster
...)
