Faces of War

Faces of War was at the stage at E3 as an expansion pack to the Quake III Arena game. The first level will focus on four of the game's fighters--along with several of the game's weapons, including the aforementioned primary and secondary weapons. A few of the game's characters are shown using a single-shot rifle.

The game's visuals are promising, with smooth textures and smoother textures that, according to id's Brian Vran, will keep gamers from expecting all-out realism in Quake III Arena. The game will also feature both original and contemporary 2D graphics.
