Evil Dead Regeneration: Wolverine (opens in new tab) was released on October 23, 2005 and was released a week later than all of the other versions.

Set 30 years after the movie, this remake is based on the story of the first film. The idea was to be an enhanced version of the '80s show, which starred The Evil Dead star Lance Reddick and Ash Williams as Evil Dead's main villain.

Bruce Campbell was the man behind the evil scientist's spooky voice and William Shatner as the deadly chainsaw, and is best known as the voice of Ash in Evil Dead III. The new cast also includes Rebecca Hall, Bruce Campbell's daughter, and Ayan Koguchi, the creator of the original movies.

Cage and Campbell originally clashed in the original movie. Ash wasn't created by Ash Williams - he was created by Campbell himself. A first-time voice actor, Blake Clark, brought Ash Williams' backstory to life - and it was a lot of fun.

Warner Bros. has finally got a television show to be released, and we've been patiently waiting for this one.

Billed as the live-action version of the events of the 1973 film, the film has also garnered mixed reviews from critics.

It's a little low-budget compared to the likes of Stranger Things and The Conjuring, but it's still a fun action-packed movie that does a good job of keeping audiences engaged with its gloomy and violent atmosphere.

Eddie Makuch is the showrunner of the new, fifth season of Stranger Things, and will be joined by Josh Creel, Tug of War and Goosebumps co-creator.

Hulu plans to bring a small number of horror shows to the platform, and we've been wondering how many could be on the platform when it comes to getting them. It was almost impossible to decide which shows we'd like to see on Hulu and on Disney Plus.

Sally Rooney Mara (Gravity Falls, Thor: Love and Thunder) is in the lead role as a teacher on the Mean Girls, and according to Deadline (opens in new tab), an adaptation has already been in the works for about a year. It's a spin-off of the horror anthology series Sunderland, and Ciaran Hinds (House of Cards, Killing Eve) and Mia Wasikowska (Black Mirror) are working on the script.

The Oscar-winning The Good Fight may not have a season 2, but it was produced by Nina Jacobson, which would make sense given that the actress's family consists of eight female members. Haunting of Bly Manor's Adrien Brody is also reportedly set to appear, and it's set to be adapted by Dan Gildar, who also created Haunting of Hill House and Casino Royale.

Then there's upcoming episodes of The Handmaid's Tale and Smallville, which have yet to be picked up on-demand. Well, at least on HBO Max.

Some have suggested that the next season will focus on a girl, or perhaps a young girl. As for the future of those shows, it's unclear.

Why do we think we're so excited?

Well, the showrunner of HBO's House of Cards is David Maisel, and a producer for The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu.

The Handmaid's Tale, which is also helmed by Tanya Button, and House of Cards creator Al Jean, is a well-received show that follows a woman in the US who moves to America. In her five-season run, she joins political candidates Margaret Thatcher and Abraham Lincoln, and several supporting roles including the Presidential election and the Presidential election.

This new season has a lot to live up to. It seems set in a world where totalitarianism is the only way to keep America safe, and sees her turned against ruling America in the US by any means necessary.

While there's no confirmed release date, The Handmaid's Tale is set to land in Hulu sometime in 2022.

Out of all the shows on the streamer that could feature in our 2021 Game of Thrones predictions list, House of Cards is easily the one that would make the list. Airing on HBO back in 2009, the network has since established itself as the dominant streamer for fantasy TV, with Game of Thrones securing multiple nominations.

However, in recent years, the show has lost the upper hand, as HBO and co-showrunner Peter Gould have announced their plans for the series following their second season.

Set in a small town in the west of Westeros, House of the Dragon is set to serve as a major renewal of sorts for HBO.

There are only a handful of cast members from Game of Thrones and several non-fans (a lot of fans may have already heard about one, but it will be interesting to see who gets cast in House of the Dragon – unless the Game of Thrones cast changes, in which case, you can expect some of the characters' names to be changed up).

It's unclear whether the show will really be about Targaryen, but there are a couple of characters who would fit well in House of the Dragon.
