Diablo II Lord of Destruction

Diablo II Lord of Destruction will be released on April 6 and will feature six new, new characters as well as two new monsters for players to take down. The game's new character class will be available only to the Whispers of Doom.

"With Diablo II Lord of Destruction, we wanted to create a new class that was accessible to even the most novice players," said Bill Roper, president and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. "And as an added bonus, as many new players pick up the game and realize that a character class is totally different from any other, it is all the more remarkable that Blizzard has created the latest playable class in this genre."
