Defese Grid The Awakening – UN is a free-to-play strategy MMO based on the feature-length TV show about a player-made team.

The game is set in a “re-created” remote planet in the last of the Red Planet’s “Best of Breed” seasons. The Earth has been invaded by an alien race, and a powerful planetary war has raged across the galaxy. On the planet is an asteroid field, and it is being used to defend itself against the invaders.

Defence Grid: The Awakening is currently in closed beta and offers support for up to 16 players online. There’s no release date yet, but it’s coming soon.
