Dark Messiah Of Might And Magic is just around the corner, and GameSpot has gotten a glimpse at what you can expect from the Dark Messiah of Might & Magic RPG.

Dark Messiah of Might & Magic is set in a fictional world where magic and technology were at a premium, and the player finds himself on the edge of his powers in his search for revenge. He will use the magic and the technology to take out foes in an epic quest to obtain his coveted treasure.

The game will feature a robust 3D action combat system with impressive attack animations and long-range spell attacks, as well as a number of different enemy types, including the evil knights, the enemies that terrorize the land, the mage-like creatures that can steal the valuable soul of the player's character, and the spy "hotfoot" who seeks to eliminate the player's enemies with the use of their own magic.

Dark Messiah will be released on the PC next year.
