Obduction
Obduction is a strange but mostly unassuming, and rather enjoyable (and very promising) puzzle game that’s certainly intriguing. It’s inspired by the point-and-click classics of the 1990s, and judging by this short trailer it’s definitely on that list.
If you missed it when it was released last year, you’ll be pleased to read that it’s now coming to Steam this Summer. Developer Cyan Worlds, which has made some excellent games on the PC, has made it in the works, too, so it’ll be worth checking out when it does.
Obduction features no loading screens, no hand-holding, no QTEs, and no player stats. Instead you’ll play as a small in-game plane headed through a maze of sorts. It’s set in a ghost town. Sounds like a good place to start.
