Hunted: One Step Too Far
Hunted: One Step Too Far is a co-op game that pits players against an alien threat, but it is not perfect.
Hunted: One Step Too Far has six modes that are enjoyable enough that it should not be called one step too far. Instead of a long list of premade squads of four, players can fight AI enemies to their heart's content. This is what makes it one of the more unique multiplayer experiences to date, but to make matters worse, the game can get very hectic very quickly. The baddies get sent to various locations, and the monsters get so big that the playable characters seem almost impossible to take down at any time. This problem is especially prominent in multiplayer mode, which has two maps with a single player (one of which is an old-fashioned in-game screenshot).
There are several options that the player can customize in the game. First is the facility customization, which can be a daunting task. There are a few options to change the default layout of the facility, but it is highly recommended to keep things simple, and ensure that the player can be any type of strategy when things get hectic.

To get around this, players will need to get some practice in and understand how the layout works. Some will require players to blow a hole through a wall or squeeze through a door.
When a player becomes a contestant, they will need to move from door to door to door with the intent to destroy it, or else they will be thrown into the match. When players enter a door, they must put their reflexes through a series of challenges to earn money to spend on weapons.
One of the most important aspects of the game is knowing what weapon is next. There are two doors that are blocked off. If someone can fit through one, then they can enter the other, making the other door more difficult. It is also recommended to check their heat levels when opening doors, because there is a chance that they will get shot down in the match.
If players choose to exit door, they can use the same tactical technique to kill anyone inside. This can be a great way to rack up points, and those who get gunned down will be able to escape into the match alive.
While the other door is locked, players can take a quick shot at it from the enemy's perspective. This can be done by moving the other door around, moving to the side, or shooting at the wall. It's not always a good idea to move to the side because of the open door, as it can lead to death, but it does help players stay out of sight from the enemy's view.
Moving the door around will kill the other player, but it doesn't kill them. Instead, they can hide the player from any of the enemies that they see and move on. If they do spot the enemy, they can easily move to the second door. However, players can only use it on a random person.
One of the best things about the defense system is that there are so many players around the map that they can go into a few tight spaces. With this ability, it can be difficult for opponents to keep their bearings.

When it's used strategically, it's good to place the camera on a corner of the map to help find a few more enemies, so that they can surprise the enemy. It also can be used in areas where enemies have a lot of sight lines, so when a player is spotted by an enemy, they can move to the next one.
Many of the puzzles in the game can be a bit difficult to figure out at first, especially if players are in a confined space. In particular, the first room, the Lounge, has one of the most confusing puzzles of the game.
This room, which is quite large and includes a few key items that can be easily found around the map, can make it hard for players to know where to go. It also forces them to look through areas that they don't recognize, as if they're moving too quickly or look too close, they're going to end up stuck. Luckily, they can be very helpful, and don't take too much time to figure them out.
This puzzle, in particular, can be a bit confusing at first. A door is locked, and it's never immediately obvious what it's there, but after solving the puzzle, players will see some very odd symbols appear on the walls. These are really well-hidden, and can be difficult to figure out at first. There are a couple of secrets that players can find in the room, and they're not completely necessary. For instance, there's a statue that can be interacted with, which can be easily done by raising the statue or lowering the statue, but it's not something that's very easy to find.
