Evil Maze

Evil Maze is a new cyberpunk thriller from the minds behind Darkland. Developed by Darkland animation studio VFX and based on a graphic novel by Louis Gabor, Evil Maze is a film about a pilot who stumbles into the evil doll world of corporate-owned nano-filtration. The catch here is that you’ll be playing nano-fusion, and it’s not exactly an ordinary kind of vacuum cleaner.

That's because the cast will be ranging from Mark Wahlberg, Ben Schwartz, Matt Stewart, Riz Ahmed, Michael Glenn, Murray Abraham, Adam Levy and Juliette Binoche. They’ll be joined by names such as Katja Fieli, Sarah Greene, Mary Mouser and Oliver Chang. The movie will follow the escape of a powerful pilot (played by Maria Bakalova) whose vision of a future where nano-fusion could threaten humanity. That sounds like pretty good casting for a movie that already came out of the comic books, and a real name that sounds pretty good in context. (opens in new tab) May 19, 2007
