Rig Racer 2 for the PlayStation2 has been officially announced.A sequel to last year's revving game will now feature 24 tracks spanning over eight tracks and several types of cars.Tao Racer 2 will contain 30 races and a time trial mode that lets you play through the entire track in only a few minutes. There are a number of new features in the game, including online multiplayer support and a new stage-editor. The game will also feature eight types of tracks - 20 to 30 different race types with different conditions.

Rise of the Argonauts, the third installment in the acclaimed Xbox real-time strategy series, is due out later this month. It follows the adventures of legendary Argonauts, who have seized command of an advanced kingdom, and are currently the rulers of the world. To do this, you will be able to form your own kingdom with up to 30 other heroes to command. The control of a kingdom is simply another matter. This can be accomplished by issuing orders to the various heroes, who all come from different backgrounds, personalities, and strengths. The game is expected to sell for US$19.99.
