Rage of the Battlemage is an upcoming 3D turn-based strategy game that lets players command a warrior, an archer, a cleric, and a necromancer. Unlike most real-time strategy games, though, Rage of the Battlemage takes place on a 3D battlefield, and it is designed to take advantage of the latest 3D graphics cards and Xboxes.

Rail Cargo Simulator will feature one of the most impressive conversion scenarios ever created, not only in terms of graphical detail, but also in detail. The game will let you command a ship in flight from a boat, move out of the way of destruction, and dock directly on enemy ships. And yes, you will also have to take care of any manned vehicles and their occupants.

RayGigant, the dog at the center of the Rayman Raving Rabbids co-op section, reveals he's not one to talk about new games. It made such a splash that Microsoft planned to allow players to play against each other, and so the game saw a sequel, RefRain, released in 2002. The sequel is still being developed by a small company called Valence and should be released for the Xbox and PC in 2002.

Replica made its first big fat stab at the sci-fi genre last year with the release of Gemini Rue. It won the Jury Award at the British Academy Awards, which went to the genre's peerless sci-fi and fantasy efforts.
